Our job is to mediate development by modeling positive relationships, appropriate social and personal boundaries, and by providing information and understanding. The program emphasizes self-sufficiency and self-regulation; and whenever possible the birth family is involved in the process. Both group homes are designed to promote independent living skills and transitional planning for emancipating teens.

Live-in staff members bring extensive experience to the task of the caring for the children. The entire staff is full time, salaried, and shares in a benefits program designed to encourage longevity and continuity in children's lives.

The heart of our Group Care Program is:

• Eleven live-in direct care staff
• College-degreed
• Highly trained

The children in placement are:

• Dependents (300) of the court
• Carefully evaluated delinquency (602) cases
• Placements per a child's IEP-Individualized Education Plan ("3632" placements)

• Individual, Family and Group Therapy
• Parenting Classes
• Psychological and Psychiatric Consultation (as needed)
• Supervision of Visits
