The Youth & Family Programs (Chico Office) provides compassionate, community-based services for foster youth and families throughout Chico, Butte County, and surrounding Northern California communities. Our team is dedicated to supporting youth from infancy through age 21 with programs that promote stability, independence, and long-term success.
