Independent Living Program (ILP) Coordinator
ILP Coordinators support foster youth ages 16–21 in developing the skills needed for independent adulthood. This role includes leading life-skills workshops, helping youth plan for education and employment, and providing guidance in areas such as budgeting, housing, and personal development.
ILP Case Managers
The Independent Living Program (ILP) Case Manager supports current and former foster youth ages 16–21 as they prepare for independent adulthood. This role focuses on helping youth develop essential life skills, set goals, and access resources that promote long-term stability and success.
Transitional Housing Case Manager
Case Managers work one-on-one with young adults transitioning out of foster care. They help youth set goals, access resources, maintain stable housing, and build the life skills necessary for long-term independence.
Family Visit Center Visit Supervisor
The Visit Supervisor is responsible for observing and documenting visitations between parents and their children. The Visit Supervisor provides constructive, honest feedback to staff and clients in a manner that is supporting them to attain their goals. The Visit Supervisor builds respectful boundaries with parents, children, and foster parents while also providing encouragement and resources.
Visitation Supervisor
Family Visitation Supervisors facilitate structured visits between youth and their birth families. Responsibilities include supervising visits, documenting interactions, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive environment.
Maintenance/Grounds
Performs routine maintenance on buildings interiors and exteriors. Responds well to changing situations and routines. Hard Worker. Contacts and schedules vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and emergencies. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to maintain a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and is due.
Program Coordinator or Program Manager
Program Coordinators and Managers oversee key service areas such as foster care, transitional housing, and family support programs. These roles involve supervising staff, coordinating services, managing daily operations, and ensuring programs meet community needs and regulatory requirements.
Office Manager
Office Managers play a vital role in supporting daily operations and creating a welcoming, organized environment. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, managing incoming donations, and coordinating local community events. This role helps strengthen connections and ensures families and community members feel supported and engaged with Youth & Family Programs.
